I started cooking at 4pm.. well.. baking first.

Graham cracker, almond, pecan, walnut, macadamia nut crust.

There was a lot of batter, so instead of making apple pie for tomorrow's dinner party, I figured I would take the cake tomorrow and serve mini cheesecakes for tonights dinner.Next up was roasted red pepper and tomato soup. This was in the oven for about an hour.



I guess I didnt take any pictures for other dish preps.. they were boring anyway. I think the main dish got the least time spent on it.. I felt bad. The chicken was kind of dry, but that was about it. Oh, and I couldnt find basil leaves for the second dish. Grrr. But that was more of a "spur of the moment recipe".



I uploaded this quick because I wanted alex to see it. I swear everything tasted better than it looks.More updates on Christmas dinners, winter break, New Years resolutions and goals later.
