Friday
- sleep at 2, wake up at 8.
- nap from 7-8, dinner late.
- no running. or gym.
Saturday
- sleep at 3, wake up at 10.
- nap from 6-8, dinner late.
- no running. or gym.
Sunday
- wake up late, breakfast and lunch late.
- nap from 6-8, dinner late.
- no sun.
- no running. or gym.
Monday
- sleep at 3, wake up at 10.
- nap from 7-8. dinner late.
- no sun.
- no running. or gym.
Tuesday
- all nighter.
- snacking till 5am.
- no sleep.
- double shot.
- no running. or gym.
I've managed to screw up
1) my sleeping pattern (usually bed at midnight, wake up at 7.30. Now its all naps, late nights, and an all nighter.. which i havent pulled since last year?)
2) my food intake (late dinners, snacking. Double shot.. I dont think I've ever taken it before.. Most meals =cereal because its cheap and easy)
3) barely any sunlight exposure
4) no running for too long
5) brain fried and too full yet so empty on 41 knowledge
Here goes nothing.
