SAG Awards.

On Sunday, September 25, 2009, Meryl Streep won SAG's Best Actress Award for Doubt. Her career has been nothing short of amazing and she continues to be an icon that countless actresses try and emulate. She has won numerous awards ranging from local to national award ceremonies and has 15 Golden Globe nominations, the most out of any actor or actress.

She loses herself into her characters, which results in flawless performances throughout all different mediums.

I would love to find myself doing something I love, just like Streep. If she were out acting to win awards, I know she would not be where she is today. It's just like working for money.. sooner or later, people figure out that laboring hours and hours over financial models or attending meetings all day for a client is not worth the money.

Doing what I love will be most important, not where I live, not how much I make, because in the end, all of those things will follow, and wont matter.

Streep is a constant inspiration and her story pushes me to be who I am.
